This is legit BBQ. I would have to say the best I’ve had in the UK since moving here in 2016. The right amount of smoke and the meat still clung to the bone but came off easy. The best ribs are those that do this, if they fall off the bone they aren’t done right. They were the perfect ration of juice and tender, with each mouthfull melting against your tastebads.
